MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION CONSENT AGREEMENT

Please read this Multi-Channel Communication Consent Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. By provisioning your mobile telephone number, business telephone number, and electronic mail coordinates through any application portal, intake form, or digital interface operated by Reyes Commercial Capital LLC (“Reyes Commercial Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you grant explicit, legally binding authorization for our systems and authorized personnel to initiate contact with you through the communication pathways detailed below.

1. EXPLICIT TCPA DISCLOSURE AND INDIVIDUAL CONSENT

By clicking “Submit,” “I Agree,” “Check My Eligibility,” or otherwise finalizing an application workflow, you provide your express, written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), found in Title 47 of the United States Code, Section 227 and following, to receive multi-channel communications from Reyes Commercial Capital.

• Automated Telephony Systems: You explicitly authorize us to deliver operational and promotional telecommunications, voice calls, interactive voice response (IVR) sequences, and pre-recorded or artificial voice messages to any telephone number provisioned by you. This includes calls and messages initiated via an Automated Telephone Dialing System (ATDS) or computerized autodialer.

• No Condition of Capital Access: You acknowledge and agree that granting this multi-channel communication consent is completely voluntary and is not a condition, requirement, or mandate to pre-qualify for, receive, or settle any commercial financing, alternative business loans, or advisory services from Reyes Commercial Capital.

2. SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE (SMS) & A2P 10DLC CARRIER COMPLIANCE

To facilitate our accelerated 24-hour business loan approval pipeline, Reyes Commercial Capital LLC utilizes Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) text messaging networks to orchestrate critical operational and underwriting updates.

• Scope of Text Traffic: By providing your wireless or mobile device number, you grant express consent to receive text messages containing application milestones, missing underwriting document reminders, credit determination alerts, funding status updates, and occasional marketing or promotional capital opportunities. Message frequency varies based on the operational status of your active files. Standard message and data rates applied by your wireless mobile carrier may apply to all inbound and outbound text sequences.

• Absolute SMS Data Isolation Safeguard: In strict alignment with cellular carrier compliance mandates and mobile network security directives, Reyes Commercial Capital enforces complete isolation over telephony metadata. Consumer mobile numbers captured for text verification and explicit SMS opt-in consent parameters are completely excluded from, and shielded against, any form of downstream third-party monetization, affiliate data sharing, or promotional transfers. Your communication data remains entirely internal.

3. ELECTRONIC MAIL (EMAIL) AND AUTOMATED DISPATCH SIGNALS

You grant Reyes Commercial Capital LLC explicit authorization to distribute transactional and marketing electronic mail communications to any email address associated with your commercial profile or application file. Email communications will be utilized to deliver legally binding digital documents, request financial ledgers via secure links, transmit capital match offers, and manage corporate relationship follow-ups. All digital communications transmitted under this section shall satisfy the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act.

4. PROGRAMMATIC OPT-OUT METRIC & REVOCATION OF CONSENT

You possess the absolute, unilateral right to revoke your communication consent and terminate inbound message traffic across any or all channels at any time.

• SMS Text Opt-Out: To immediately cease receiving Short Message Service (SMS) text traffic, you must transmit a standard, single-word STOP command in reply to any message received from our system. Upon receipt of the command, our platform will execute an immediate, automated opt-out protocol across all internal messaging nodes, rendering a final automated text confirming your removal from the text queue. You may also reply HELP for system support coordinates.

• Voice and Email Opt-Out: To revoke consent regarding voice calls or automated email dispatches, you may submit an explicit written directive to our data compliance desk via email at funding@reyescommercialcapital.com or verbally request removal during any live telephonic communication.

5. RECENT CONTACT DATA MAINTENANCE MANDATE

You covenant and agree that you are the primary subscriber, owner, or authorized user of the telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses provisioned to Reyes Commercial Capital during the onboarding phase. In the event that you transition, reassign, or cancel a provisioned telephone number, you explicitly agree to notify our compliance desk within forty-eight (48) hours at compliance@reyescommercialcapital.com to prevent the misdirection of sensitive corporate and financial data pipelines.

6. SYSTEMIC VALIDATION VIA ELECTRONIC EXECUTION

Pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act), you declare that you possess the necessary corporate authority to bind the applicant enterprise to this communication framework. Checking the associated digital box or submitting your phone number via our platform serves as the absolute equivalent of your handwritten wet ink signature, confirming your definitive consent to all terms established within this Multi-Channel Communication Consent Agreement.
